About PCAM

The Pancreatic Cancer Alliance Munich (PCAM) is a cooperation of the Technical University of Munich and the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich. We are an interdisciplinary regional network to coordinate scientific activities in Munich as the leading European city for the research of pancreatic cancer.

Strategy

Welcome to the Pancreatic Cancer Alliance Munich (PCAM).

PCAM is a regional network coordinating scientific activities. Our aim is to develop and translate strategies for prevention and treatment of pancreatic cancer. This interdisciplinary research alliance focuses upon the translation of scientific findings from fundamental research into clinical application and finally to individualized treatment of pancreatic cancer.



Mission

The mission of PCAM is to improve the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer. It is our commitment to augment interinstitutional collaboration, to connect scientists, to integrated research efforts, to assist in the strategic recruitment of researchers with a focus of pancreatic cancer to the Munich.
